I have read the attached regulations for this event and agree to be bound by them. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, or of my being permitted to take part in this event, I undertake: -

1. To effect and maintain a policy of motor insurance in respect of the motorcycle entered and used in the event for the duration of the event. The policy to be valid for the use of the motorcycle in this type of event.

2. To hold harmless and indemnify the Bridport classic Bike Club, its officials, servants, or agents from and against any and all claims, costs or liability for death, injury or property damage suffered by any person, including myself, arising out of my participation in this event, notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the Bridport Classic Bike Club, its officials, servants, or agents.
