Cancellation policy

Group bookings:

-          Between 7 and 10 day(s) before arrival = 100 % must be paid

-          Between 21 and 8 days before arrival = 50 % must be paid

(*)groups = every booking of 3 or more rooms

Installment

30% of entire amount in 7 days after confirmation of the reservation.
The other 70% one week before arrival or at arrival.

We also ask the complete address and credit card details (valid the day of arrival) to ensure the reservation.
